recruiting services for clients worldwide. Our
offices work exclusively on retainer, contingency
or contract arrangements for client companies,
who pay all fees. Offices neither represent nor
charge individuals seeking employment.
Retained
Search
Retained Search should be considered in situations
like the following:
Highly
confidential and/or sensitive executive replacement
is being contemplated.
Sourcing and/or final selection of a key candidate
is expected to be unusually difficult and/or time
consuming.
Other unique organizational factors (such as multiple
openings, short hiring schedule intervene and
necessitate a focused search effort.
Retained Search is handled on an exclusive basis
and requires a non-refundable retainer paid at
the signing of the search contract, followed by
monthly progress payments. Multiple searches conducted
by C.A.R.S. Group International (CGI) on a Retained
Search basis offer negotiable fees.
Contingency
Search
Contingency Search is most appropriate for lower
salaried or less crucial vacancies. Often, to
expedite the contingency search process, we work
with the client firm to identify job specifications
and develop a candidate profile over the telephone.
Upon
acceptance of a Contingency Search assignment,
we:
Undertake an extensive search of active candidate
files and use a variety of sourcing methods to
locate candidates who satisfy criteria set forth
by the client organization.
Approach the best candidates to determine their
interest in the position.
Interview those candidates who wish to be considered.
Resumes and our evaluation reports of the best
qualified candidates are then presented to the
client. If requested, CGI will also assist in
scheduling interviews, checking references and
negotiating the acceptance of a final offer.
No
fees are charged for Contingency Search unless
the candidate referred by CGI is hired. Fees for
Contingency Search are negotiated in advance.
We
gladly undertake Contingency Searches and, while
those of an exclusive nature are preferred, we
do accept such assignments on a non-exclusive
basis.
Contract
Search
We offer our clients the opportunity to contract
with our firm for multiple Search assignments.
Contract Search offers negotiable fees. Contract
Search requires a non-refundable deposit paid
at the signing of the Search contract. No other
fee is charged until the candidate referred to
the client is hired.
