In addition to permanent placements, we also offer five Alternative Staffing services. These services let you add to your workforce without human resources headaches or adding to your permanent headcount.

Listed below is a brief description of our Alternative Staffing services.

  • Contract Staffing
    Contract staffing allows you to bring in top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or a specific project. By using contractors you can lower your headcount while receiving great flexibility. The contractor will be the employee of your contract division. This will free you up for human resources problems and worker's compensation issues, payroll and unemployment liabilities. All you have to do is pay an hourly rate for the time contractor actually works. No more paying for sick days, lun vacations, holidays, etc.
  • 1099 Conversions
    1099 conversions allow you to convert your "independently contractor" to legal employees of our contracting division. Ho workers are illegally classified as independent contractors instead of employees to avoid payroll taxes. By making these workers our employees, you will avoid prosecution by the IRS and state tax, unemployment and workers' compensation bureaus.
  • Payrolling
    Payrolling services occur when you have found a candidate position at your company but do not want to add them to your permanent payroll. You can put this person on the payroll of contracting division risk-free while you evaluate his/her suitability as a permanent hire.
  • Retire Re-staffing
    Often you would like to keep the experience and expertise of retiring employees but you are prevented by rules regarding pension and benefit plans. By making these retirees the employees of our contracting division you can keep valuable experienced workers on staff without jeopardizing their retirement benefits.
  • Internships/Summer Employees
    You can also run your internships and summer student work through our contracting division. This way you avoid all the payroll and human resource headaches associated with hiring lots of workers for a short period of time and without affecting your headcount.
